Referral Program
The referral program is available to all members and participants currently enrolled in a program. Refer a friend, family member, or spouse to any of our programs, membership, or private training packages and receive a FREE 60 minute private training session (Value-$85)
Registration Details
All participants must fill out and return via FAX, MAIL or IN PERSON, a registration form. If you are interested in a particular program but the time doesn't work for you please call the office and we can try and accommodate you to the best of our ability.
All programs must be paid in full upon registration. No refunds will be accepted 30 days prior to program start date. Sessions missed for any of the programs will not be granted a refund or a re-scheduled session. All 1 on 1 Personal Conditioning sessions require 24 hours cancellation notice, or the participant is billed full price.
