12 Week Elite Spring Training Camp - April 5 to June 25
April 5-June 25 (12 Weeks)
The 2010 Spring Hockey Conditioning Camp is constructed into three periodized phases. Phase One begins in early April allowing players to take time off following their season. Players will stay off the ice for the first two phases and focus their efforts on developing a foundation of strength and movement. In phase 3 players will begin more advanced hockey specific training methods as well as take to the ice to begin working on skating mechanics, speed, quickness, agility, puck skills, and scrimmaging. Players may join in at the beginning of any phase.

2. OHL / NCAA / CIS
3. Tier II / Junior
4. Major Midget /Midget Elite (92, 93, 94)
4. Bantam Elite (95, 96)
5. Pee-Wee Elite (97, 98) (Modified Schedule in June-no ice)
6. Atom Elite (99, 00) (Train 2 x per week in all phases-no ice))
7. Female Elite (Bantam-College) (Modified Schedule in June-no ice)

Bantam-College: $1350 + GST (before Mar. 15) or $1450 + GST (after Mar. 15) **All Bantam and Midget players are required to have played AAA, AA or A during the 2009/10 season in order to be eligible to participate in the on-ice program** |

Building the Foundation - April 5 to April 30 (4 Weeks) |

Establishing Hockey Specific Movement Skills - May 31 to June 25 (4 Weeks) |
| Includes: Four, 90 minute dryland sessions per week; and two, 75 minute on-ice sessions per week. Bantam-College: $780 + GST ( 4 dryland + 2 ice per week) Pee-Wee: $399 + GST (3 dryland per week) Atom: $299 + GST (2 dryland per week) Female: $450 + GST (4 dryland per week) |
