Functional Testing

Before you begin your training program we recommend booking a Functional testing session so you can use your results as a benchmark and set goals for improvement. Tests are specifically selected to match your goals and the demands of your sport. These include body composition, mobility, balance, speed, agility, power, first step quickness, strength, aerobic conditioning, anaerobic conditioning, and more.

Mental Training Program

Learn how to apply mental training concepts to your game with our Sport Psychology Specialist. Sessions focus on visualization, focus training, confidence building, goal setting, self-talk, game day preparation, performance evaluation, performing under pressure, and more. All sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs.

Sports Nutrition

Develop the eating habits that help fuel your body for performance. The Twist Sport Nutrition sessions will involve an assessment of current eating habits, prescription of a new eating plan, pre and post game eating, snacks, eating on the run, and more.
