Adult Fitness & Sport Conditioning
At Twist Conditioning everyone’s an athlete. The Twist’s adult fitness programs will bring out the athlete in you, helping you enjoy life pain-free. Our functional fitness program will make you functionally fit for sport and everyday activities. Each adult group session is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and participants can choose to train 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. Participants can mix and match different programs, to work with their schedule. See schedule below for session dates and times.

WINTER Program Specials WINTER VACATION SPECIAL : Get a head start on your New Years Resolutions. This Winter receive one week free training when you register by December 9. Pay for 14 weeks and get 15 weeks! TWIST ATHLETE PRE-REG. Registration Info
Corporate TrainingTrain with your co-workers in a private corporate training group. Take time out of your busy work day once or twice a week and enjoy an experience that not only improves your fitness, but helps build staff camaraderie and friendships through fun and challenging sport conditioning drills and exercises.
