Our Facility
The Twist Sport Conditioning Centre was incorporated into the City of Burlington in June of 2007. It is a state-of-the-art athlete conditioning facility located at 1179 Northside Road, in Burlington, Ontario. With over 6000 sq. feet of training space, it has become the home to many elite level athletes in a variety of different sports, as well as recreational athletes and adult enthusiasts. Twist Burlington exudes an energetic and motivating environment that inspires every person that walks through our doors. The centre is located within the Wave Twin Rinks, which houses 2 NHL size ice pads, 2 smaller ice surfaces for shooting and goaltending, a full size restaurant, The Skating Lab, home to Halton's only skating treadmill, and Progressive Sports Medicine Clinic.
The Twist Sport Conditioning Centre is within easy access to the QEW and 403 and in the heart of the City of Burlington.
